Shipment insurance

In the event of damaged or lost goods during transport, we provide financial compensation.

All shipments are insured pursuant to the international convention with the insurance coverage EUR 10/1 kg of cargo. In case the value of your goods is higher, we can provide for additional insurance. In total, we have dispatcher insurance liability in the amount of CZK 10,000,000. This insurance also relates also to the liability for insured persons in the role of a road transporter resulting from the transport agreements under the CMR international transportation. The CMR prescribes the rights and obligations of the dispatchers, receivers, and transporters. The Convention states the obligation of the transporter to assume responsibility for the damage of the transported goods as well as partial or complete loss of the shipment.

It includes indemnity cover incurred during the transport of the shipment.
